Our beautiful Malas are hand knotted with 108 beads in Rishikesh, India and come with a cotton tassel and crescent moon charm.
This mala is made with howlite crystal beads and Rudraksha seeds.
Howlite is an extremely calming stone which helps to overcome insomnia as it stills the mind and is therefore excellent for sleep or meditation.
Rudraksha is the seed of consciousness. According to the ancient Vedic scriptures, Rudraksha Beads were formed from the tears of Lord Shiva. They have always been used by yogi’s, sages and mystics across Asia for balancing the mind, emotions and creating the right environment for meditation and peaceful actions to bring about the desired goals in life.
Overall Rudraksha seeds are known to assist in meditation, stress relief, healing the body and engendering positive changes. The Rudraksha seed is a blessing to keep and wear because of its powerful vibration which protects against all kinds of negative influences and energy.

metals. When not in use, we recommend that our beautiful pieces be kept in a box or soft pouch as this will reduce tarnishing.
We do not recommend that you wear them whilst sleeping, showering or doing exercise. In order to keep them at their most beautiful, clean with a soft cloth and do not expose to harsh cleaning products. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels
to clean as they can cause scratching.
